Congradulations to Bud Hill and Harvey for taking the 1st Place Award for Best Retro vehicle at the 3rd Annual Hot August Days car show at Chase Chevrolet in Stockton. Another Chevyhhr.net board member, Leon and Sharon drove up from Ridgecrest to participate. They left with the 2nd Place award! Congrats to them all!!

Here's a pic of Joseph & Rachel's Victory Red HHR. This was taken at the Hot August Day's Car Show that took place in Stockton on August 31. I really can't begin to tell you what all was done with this one (probably because I didn't have a pen and paper to write everything down), but it does look amazing!
I absolutely love the Matt Black grill with the red bowtie... and If I had taken a pic of the rear, you would have seen the two exhaust tips that were also in a Matt Black finish.... simply wonderful. I would have to say this is the best looking, exterior modification I've seen... not including Harvey.

We had a great turnout for the Monterey/Big Sur Convoy on November 15. 11 HHRs turned out in force (10 in Gilroy from the various meeting places within the Valley) and one late arrival from Stockton who knew where we were going to be and met us at Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey.
